Previously I wrote about having godly hope.
You may have read that entry and asked, “What should I do if I don’t have this hope and desire it?”
Be encouraged that the scriptures were written to build up our hope. As we learn (internalize) the scriptures, we get hope. Romans 15:4 states, “For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope.”
May we all find ourselves abounding in hope as seen in Romans 15:13 “Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.”
